Batch-by-Batch Records

We log arrival dates, supplier details and inspection results for full traceability. If a batch falls short, it is documented and returned immediately.

Zero-Tolerance Removal

Anything stale, damaged, expired or otherwise unfit is removed from the shop floor on the spot. No exceptions, no compromises.

Freshness First

Dry fruits, nuts, spices and herbs are rotated continuously. Older stock is moved to clearance or donated — never sold past its prime.

Every single day. Before the shop opens, our trained QC officer walks every aisle, checks every delivery and samples key items. Nothing is put on sale until it has passed our daily inspection.

They are removed immediately. Items that are stale, damaged, expired or otherwise below standard are taken off the floor on the spot. Some are returned to the supplier; others are disposed of responsibly. They never reach our customers.

Yes. We inspect packaging integrity, storage separation and cleanliness to reduce cross-contamination risk. We also verify that allergen labelling is clear and correct on every product we stock.
